Experience
Stephen has been in practice for over 25 years and brings with him comprehensive knowledge of the law especially in the commercial law field. His background in resolving commercial disputes has been of considerable value in identifying issues early and providing constructive advice to clients in the formation and implementation of their commercial contracts.

Stephen also has extensive knowledge in workplace and employment law; areas in which he has acted for government and private industry in both Federal and State courts.

He is a qualified mediator and applies his negotiation and other skills in identifying and resolving issues and disputes at an early stage to avoid protracted disputation.

Industries
Stephen has a particular interest in the transport and logistics industry and acts for a number of Australian transport entities, assisting them with the formation and interpretation of their contracts, resolution of their disputes and the conduct of their employment relations.

Stephen also acts for small to medium enterprises in other industries and private individuals.
